What was once a functioning chicken barn, workshop, and farm stand, is now a beautifully restored structure perfect for your wedding day, corporate event, or other celebration. The rustic 40×50 barn can seat up to 125 guests for a family style dinner and INCLUDES farmhouse tables and a vintage mix of chairs to use and compliment any wedding style. The back of the barn slides open to a beautiful view of the woods (perfect for inclement weather), the live edge reclaimed wood bar, at the back left, is perfect for your cocktail hour and reception bar service, and the loft has been transformed into a ‘gentleman’s loft’ complete with a chocolate leather living room set for the groom and his groomsmen to escape and relax while guests arrive.

Originally built in 1856–57 as Chestnut Street Methodist Church, Grace is one of the city’s few remaining examples of Gothic Revival architecture left standing after the fires of 1866.
